Q: How do I connect?
A: SecureLink EnterpriseVSN is a browser based application. Your customer will create an account for you, enabling you to log in with your e-mail address and a password you choose.

Q: Do I need to install any software?
A: No. SecureLink Enterprise VSN is completely browser based. You only need a Java-friendly browser, an internet connection and access to your corporate e-mail.

Q: Do I need to give my e-mail address to my customer?
A: Yes. SecureLink Enterprise VSN authenticates remote users using your e-mail address. Organizations in highly regulated industries are required to report on who is accessing their networks.

Q: How do I log in?
A: When an account is created for you, simply follow the instructions in your e-mail to get connected. Please make a note of the URL (typically securelink.customername.com) for connecting to this customer in your bookmarks, or in your CRM system.

Q: Can I log in any time I want?
A: Yes, as long as your customer hasn't disabled your account. Simply visit the URL of the customer's SecureLink Enterprise VSN server, enter your e-mail and password, then check your e-mail for a session key. Enter the session key into the prompt and you'll be immediately connected. Note that some customers may restrict access by the day of the week or the time of day, so you may only be able to access the system during normal business hours.
