Joe has almost twenty years software development, management and IT operations experience in both enterprise and internet application development environments. Joe spent ten years with Texas Instruments managing multinational teams developing enterprise and internet applications before leaving to take on IT management for TheGift.com. His role at TheGift.com was followed by several CTO positions in retail e-commerce, including that of Safeway.com, Motosport.com and eBags.com.

Joe earned a B.A. in Computer Science, Mathematics and Psychology from Austin College, in Sherman Texas, graduating with honors in Computer Science.
