Intergraph Launches SecureLink Virtual Support Network

SecureLink VSN™ to provide Intergraph customers with enhanced security, audit, control and compliance with CJIS regulations

HUNSTVILLE (AL) - (June 15, 2008) — In a continuing effort to deliver superior customer service and support, Intergraph has chosen to standardize on Enexity's SecureLink Virtual Support Network.SecureLink is used by over 11,000 security conscious organizations providing superior security, audit, and control; thus enabling full compliance with industry regulations including CJIS, SOx, HIPAA and G-L-B.

“Following an extensive review of support and connectivity solutions, it became clear that SecureLink was the best solution that met both the needs of our customers as well as those of our technical support and services departments” said Chris Wrobel, Senior Manager of Technology Services for Intergraph. “Standardizing on SecureLink will enable us to improve our support efficiency and deliver faster response-times, updates and times-to-resolution to our customers.”

SecureLink provides several key benefits to Intergraph customers enabling compliance with CJIS regulations including:

  • Full control over access, host, service, and permission settings
  • Detailed historic audit logging archived on the customer's network
  • Fully encrypted connectivity with multiple options (128, 192 or 256-bit AES, 3DES, Blowfish)
  • Authentication and identification of each individual analyst that gains access
  • Real-time email notifications
  • Product integration with the NIST/CSE Certified Open SSL FIPS 140-2 Cryptographic Object Module, v1.2

“SecureLink has already demonstrated its value to Intergraph customers who participated in our early adoption phase” stated Wrobel. “Some organizations that have very strict internal IT security policies have presented several remote connectivity challenges for our analysts to provide the most efficient and timely services prior to SecureLink. Once their Information Technology departments had an opportunity to review and test SecureLink's capabilities, they were immediately sold. SecureLink has put our customers in control of remote access to their sites and at the same time has enabled our analysts to collaborate and utilize all available support and services resources without any delay in our response-time” continued Wrobel.

SecureLink is now in full production and available to all Intergraph customers. To learn more, please visit: https://securelink.intergraph.com/.
